Been serviced there for months and only charged me 20% of what the car cost per day plus fees and other stuff. To make a long story short I came in about a week or 2 ago and i believe i was profiled and was told that my credit card hadnt had any watermarks on the card. Mind you I've used the same card every time I been going there and never once have they checked it for a watermark. The guy was supposed to be a general manager asked me to call capital one to prove that I was really a customer of capital one and while waiting another woman was being helped. While on the phone I observed none of the fraud checks that they checked on me had not been done for this woman. After the process of proving that I was in fact the customer of the c.c. he then tells me there's a $350 holding fee. Now it wouldn't have been a problem if there was always a holding fee and they hadnt told me they just changed that policy 2 weeks ago before i made the reservation but as I stated in the beginning of this review they only charged the price of the car plus 20% and the other little fees. I'm a student at a university and I'm broke lol they can't be profiling ppl because of how they look it's almost 2018 us minorities are everywhere. I personally won't be back to this site I'll go rental shopping elsewhere where I know I won't be judged.
Car was fine. Reservation process was simple. I was charged over $70 more than I was quoted on line. Yes, I agreed to have Enterprise take care of the refueling but did that really cost over $70?
I am never disappointed with my car or customer service. I also love the pick-up option. I will always choose Enterprise over the other dealers. I only wish they had more luxury options but that is not a big deal.
Easy pick up and drop off, car was nice and clean, friendly folks at the counter at the Wilke-Barre/Scranton Airport. AND the price was great.
A+++ experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car at AVP airport. After a very long day of traveling from San Francisco to Wilkes-Barre with a seven hour unexpected layover in Newark, we were nervous that Enterprise would not be open when we arrived around midnight. It was an enormous relief that Adam assured us he would wait for us and other customers to arrive even if it was after closing. When we arrived he was completely prepared for all of us and processed our rentals quickly and with ease. His act of kindness was greatly appreciated by us all. Adam - thank you again - you are a shining star!
